Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available).To start an exchange, contact us at autoloom3@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
.Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the new item at no additional cost (domestic only).
Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
