At Autoloom, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs, if applicable).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available).To start an exchange, contact us at autoloom3@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order

.Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the new item at no additional cost (domestic only).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
